Enrolment Deposit Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 11 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to the €50 HolaSpain Enrolment Deposit paid by a student in order to begin the formal enrolment process with a selected educational institution in Spain.

1. Purpose of the deposit

The €50 Enrolment Deposit confirms that the student wishes HolaSpain to begin the formal enrolment process with the selected school or educational institution.

After receiving the deposit, HolaSpain may contact the selected institution, confirm programme details and availability, and request or prepare the corresponding proforma invoice and enrolment documentation required for the student to proceed.

2. The deposit is not a course payment

The €50 Enrolment Deposit is paid directly to HolaSpain.

It is separate from tuition fees, registration fees or any other amount charged by the selected school.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, the student will pay the required course fees directly to the selected school or educational institution.

3. Refund of the €50 deposit

The full €50 Enrolment Deposit will be refunded to the student once the selected school confirms that it has received the payment required to formalise the student’s enrolment.

The refund will normally be issued to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Bank, card issuer or payment provider processing times may affect when the refunded amount appears in the student’s account.

4. When the deposit becomes non-refundable

Once HolaSpain has sent the student the school’s proforma invoice and the documentation required to proceed with the enrolment, the deposit becomes non-refundable if the student does not complete the required course payment.

This includes, without limitation, cases where the student:

  • decides not to continue;
  • changes or postpones their study plans;
  • stops responding;
  • does not make the required course payment;
  • chooses another school, programme or provider; or
  • is unable to continue for personal, financial or other reasons.

5. School availability and enrolment

Payment of the €50 deposit does not itself guarantee a place, course availability or final acceptance by the selected school.

The enrolment becomes subject to the school’s own admission requirements, availability, payment conditions and Terms & Conditions.

6. Student visa

The HolaSpain Enrolment Deposit is not a visa fee and payment does not guarantee the approval of a student visa.

Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant Spanish authorities.

Once the student has paid the school and the €50 deposit has been refunded, any cancellation, refund or financial consequences related to a subsequent visa refusal will be governed by the Terms & Conditions of the selected school and any other applicable agreements.

7. Information provided by the student

The student is responsible for providing complete, accurate and truthful information and documentation.

HolaSpain may suspend or discontinue the enrolment process where information is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading or where the requested programme cannot reasonably proceed on the basis of the information provided.

8. Third-party educational institutions

HolaSpain acts as an international education agency and works with independent schools and educational institutions.

Each school is responsible for its own courses, admission decisions, academic services, invoices, payment requirements, cancellation policies and refund conditions.

The €50 HolaSpain Enrolment Deposit does not replace or modify the Terms & Conditions of the selected school.

9. Payment processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another payment provider made available by HolaSpain.

The student must ensure that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

HolaSpain refunds the full €50 deposit when the refund condition described in Section 3 has been satisfied. Any processing fees charged to HolaSpain by its payment provider are borne by HolaSpain and are not deducted from the student’s €50 refund.

10. Statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any consumer rights or statutory protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Immediate Start of the Enrolment Service

By requesting HolaSpain to start the enrolment process immediately, the student expressly asks HolaSpain to begin providing the enrolment service before the end of any applicable statutory withdrawal period.

The student acknowledges that once the enrolment service covered by the deposit has been fully performed, any applicable right of withdrawal may no longer apply, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.

12. Acceptance

By paying the €50 HolaSpain Enrolment Deposit, the student confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and expressly requests HolaSpain to begin the enrolment process immediately.
