This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and modifications may be processed for services arranged by HolaSpain. HolaSpain acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party providers, including educational institutions, accommodation providers, insurance companies, and sports programme organisers.<\/p>\n

2. Nature of Our Role<\/h2>\n

HolaSpain does not directly provide educational, accommodation, insurance, or sporting services. Refunds are therefore subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party provider, as well as any non-recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf.<\/p>\n
